What can be the cause of Pyloric stenosis in Newborns. as my son has a border line Pyloric stenosis as per the sonography done. we have not operated surgery Pyloric stenosis as we wanted to wait and see if he still vomits even though he was admitted for the surgery as suggested by paediatric surgeon the surgery got cancelled as his vomiting stoped. and its been 1 month now he is not projectile vomiting. SO is it ok not to have surgery done? he is been taking perinorm drop.

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult Your case requires a reevaluation by a pediatric surgeon and also a repeat USG to decide. If vomiting has stopped, Stop Perinorm drops and observe for few days.
