Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult.
It indicates infection of eye. You need to visit pediatrician. Meanwhile you may clean both eyes every 3-4 hours with clean water and cotton, from middle to side of eyes. Also clean your hands before and after cleaning child's eyes, else it will spread.
