Puss filled bump on penis, no pain

I've had a bump on my penis for as long as I can remember on where my circamsition line is. Recently it's been slowly getting bigger. Today after the shower I was examining it and I was able to pop it. This gold colored pus came out and a large amount. I continued to press and squeeze it all out. Then I rinsed with hydrogen peroxide. Should I have contact my doctor about this? I know it's not an sti as I've have that bump longer than I've been sexually active, and my parent are clean too.
