Hi....based on the picture and symptoms...you might be suffering from furunculosis ear....please don't try to prick it or squeeze the pus out...

it is an infective condition requires antibiotic course for 5days... 1)tab.AUGMENTIN DUO 625mg twice daily after food 2)tab.LYSER-D twice daily after food 3)tab.pantop one tab before food in the morning.. 4)ointment Neosporin apply it over the lesion twice daily.
