I have had pilonidal surgery 15 days back(stitches haven't been removed) ,the surgical site is infected and pus draining from incision

TABLET AMOXYCLAVE625 THREE TIMES A DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS OR MORE.
TAB SIGMOFALM THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS.
LIGHT DIET.
PLENTY OF LIQUIDS.
