Hi, I am 25 old, have sperm count of 36 million, normal morphology n normal motility ratio. However I have more pus I.E. 30%. Doctor advised me to take fynal, can you let me know what could be the actual reasons for pus.

pus in semen is not always easy to find a cause as culture generally doesn't yeld any reason. some time TB (genital) is one of the cause so 1st take general antibiotics for 3 weeks if after that it is still significant in number do TB pcr. Yes it can lead to infertility.

Hey, orchitis infection of testicles could be could be the cause ,STDs including chlamydia , gonorrhea, could be the cause.Take proper treatment or else it would lead to infertility
