My mother who is 63 years old has early Parkinson's disease and is on medication for same and stroke. Olmezest, tidomet, prodep, ropark, ecospirin Av, shelcal and minipress are the medications she is on. Recently she acquired headache and we consulted doctor. After blood and urine test it was found that she has high WBC count(>1000) and pus cells in urine(10-12/hpf). She also has continuous vertigo for the last 10 days even after medication for the same. Is the vertigo caused by urine infection or is it a neurological disorder more serious?
