Pus Cells in Urine
Got a complete set of tests (CBC,Thyroid, Sugar, Urine) and showed 20-25 pus cells. I was having severe lethargy but no fever or abnormal symptoms. Sugar & thyroid report was clear & no major abnormality in CBC. Urine culture was clear. GP asked to take Cital syrup but still feel very sleepy during the day. Been a week but not feeling fully fit.

Get physical examination done by a urologist .pus cells denotes infection though culture may not always come positive.
A course of appropriate antibiotic is required for a week or longer as per advice of urologist/clinician after clinical examination as per your body weight
