  4. Pus cells in urine 1-3hpf. Infection?

Pus cells in urine 1-3hpf
My brother was suffering from UTI (RBC 35-40hpf) after one week  again we tested urine test routine and cultur, Now Pus cells is 1-3hpf. RBC is nil. Is there any infection?
