Pus cells in my semen analysis report shows 8-10/hpf. Is this a serious issue? And how the level will be decreased?

Yes it's an issue.  As you cannot conceive if you have more than 4 pus cells per high power field.  You need to get assessed an treated. Nothing to worry about your general health.  It will not have any form of permanent effect on your sperms
Next Steps
kindly get a consultation with an andrologist nearby
