Pus bumps for 5month old
Hi doc , My daughter is 5 months old and she has pus bumps all over her legs .It started initially as small red marks on face and the next day she had high fever. Now her fever Is reduced but the pus bumps has increased in size and number and there are lots of small bumps all over her legs . She also struggles to suck  and cries a lot . Please help on this . Have attached photo for reference Thanks in advance

It looks like Hand Foot Mouth disease which is a viral infection caused by Coxsackie virus affects Children less than mostly,intially red rashes appear on soles extends up to buttock,palms extends up to shoulders and mouth later on rashes turn to pustules then they subside by day 5-6 ,we only give symptomatic treatment for this
Next Steps
Apply zytee lotion(local anaesthetic gel) locally in mouth before feeds,you can even try cold liquids, apply calamine lotion on hands and legs might soothe burning sensation to little extent ,give paracetamol for fever and  plenty of liquids.
Health Tips
keep the child away from other Children below 5 years to prevent spread of infection
