Purple patches appear on her both arms which are non irritating and with no pain.
It appears and disappears. She is also suffering from Xanthelasma under eye.

Greetings. This may be spontaneous small patches of micro vascular bleeding in the skin. This can occur in post menopausal women and may be related to weak connective tissue.. Nothing to worry.. The problem is self limiting. If is recurrent or severe, I would suggest you to do a hemogram. See a qualified dermatologist near you. Warm regards.
