Hello doctor I have tension one day and I'm worried..so my heart beat was beating faster .so I took ecg it is showed sinus tachycardia. Later I did 2d echo test and it was normal. A week later I did another ecg it was normal. I'm using beta blockers now.and also recently im diagnosed with hypothyroidism. But everytime I'm feeling pulsing in neck like palpitations what is the cause ? Pls help me

Increased bp and hypothyroidism both can cause palpitations and pulsations in neck. What was you last bp? If it was normal and still having palpitations then you might need recheck your thyroid levels as hyperthyroidism can result with more than required doses which can increase palpitations further
