Pulse rate variation.
I had covid and on my recovery phase I have normal pulse rate around 60-75 but when I hear something fearing it goes to 90-110 and I feel very anxious about post covid complications. I had mild covid and my age is 21.

Heart rate going up on anxiety is a normal phenomenon. Your resting heart rate is normal .
