Pulse rate
Is it normal for your pulserate to increase to like 90-100while just walking inside the house, my resting heart rate is 50-60 , it used to be even less, i used to play football,semi-professionally but now my resting heart rate remains around 55-60 and sometimes even more than that if i am stressing about something and when i get up of my bed or sofa it shoots to 80-90 i have gained like 20 kgs in lockdown, although i have lost 10 kgs of that, but i am always worried about my health as due to this excess weight i have been diagnosed with high cholesterol, very high ldl cholesterol, and even a small change or any unusual thing i see in my body i starts to worry, also is it normal for someone of my age to have heart rate of 170-174 during exercise moderate to heavy exercise, i have done ecg echo all of them were perfectly normal, still i am sceptical, please help.
