Hi doctor.i am 25th week pregnent.i have preeclampsia.i am take ecoaspirin daily .and monitoring bp also daily.today when I monitor my bp it shows 110/90 and pulse rate 114. Is it any problem pls suggest me.

Yes you can take Labetalol 100 mg twice a day . Labetalol will bring down the diastolic Blood pressure and reduce pulse rate as it is a combination of alpha and beta blocker

Continue aspirin and watch for any signs of headaches, vomitting, blurring of vision , low urine and decreased fetal movements.
