Pulse dye laser treatment

I have a light red lesion on my eyebrow area i hv previously consulted a doctor nd he advised me to contact a clinic having a pulse dye laser as this problem can only be cured with that specific laser so I m searching for a clinic or a doctor having a pulse dye laser
