  4. Pulsating sound in right ear. Sound?

Pulsating sound in right ear
I sometimes hear my heart beat sounds in my right ear.. it goes on for a minute and then vanishes. Apart from this, it feels like my ear is blocked and a slight headache due to this. Why do i hear this sound?
