Had to get a CT scan due to pain in left lung and constant dry cough. Past record of pleurisy. Attached is the report. What is the result actually?

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
There are some enlarged lymph nodes and there is a mild enlargement in the liver. The first point I cannot really explain in limited space here.
So consult the doctor who asked for this test and he will be able to help you out.
