Pulmonary embolism now no period

Question

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I have not had a period in several months and probably only had it 3 times sense my Pulmonary embolism last year. I’m on Eliquis and all my research shows I should be having periods and they will be heavy but I have yet to have a real bloody period usually just spotting and now sense march I haven’t had one at all. What causing this? All blood work and thyroid function is showing good.
