Pull in back while work out
I got a pull in my lower back on right side while I was doing tuck jumps. After that the pain gradually moved to a point above my hip on left side with mild pinch pain. I haven't rested so much after the pull but the pain has moved from the original point. When I get up in the morning after a night sleep I feel that my whole back is very stiff. However I feel that the concern is that I've a mild pinching pain right above my hip at a very specific point.

Dont worry it may be due to saccro iliatis. Please get an x-ray done of lumber spine first. Do hot water formantation at back. Apply Rhumasyl oil for gental massage on pain areas for now. After x-ray i will suggest better treatment. Thank you
