Pt of Parkinson's with enlarged prostate
History of Parkinson's since last 14 yrs,but able to manage his daily chores including toilet needs on his own.around a week ago, a scab has developed on the outside of left anus,on the left buttock around 2-3 cms from anus.scab aggravated by itching.scab is exudating,around 1&1/2 cm in size.pt in sedentary position at most times,restricted mobility within the house due to Parkinson's.also affected portion is constantly brushing against the bed.applied T bact.please advise.
