If you were just the opposite, then have some patience. This may be a temporary phase, let it die down on its own. Hormonal imbalance also bring about emotional challenges. Get TSH tested. In the end do not be critical of your self, have patience as your discontent with your present mental state and struggle to change it will do the opposite.T.C
