If it happens first time to him then first possibility is first episode mania with or without psychotic feature or psychosis and that will be clarified after detailed history. Nothing to be worried as psychiatric consultation can solve the problem. Go to a psychiatrist asap. Only medication can help him out . So avoid psychology consultation before he starts getting insight.
