Well for both cholesterol and BP I would suggest you to do regular exercises atleast 30 min walk in a day as that will help you.secondly you need to use salt restricted diet and also have less oil food and include more of green leafy vegetables... Please tell me I'm detail about the condition of mental health...And if your allergic to eggs kindly avoid it...Thank you
