I overthink a lot. My mind is fill up with tensions, burdens all the time. Can't feel peace anytime. What will happen if I go to office tomorrow? What will happen if I don't do this? Always -ve thoughts r in mind instead of +ve ones. Secondly I become over superstitious at times. Please suggest!

Have your meals on time, dinner early, walk after dinner, avoid spicy food n leafy vegetables, apply good amount of coconut oil to your scalp. Yoga and few Ayurvedic medicines like Saraswatarisht would be very helpful.

i would suggest u consult a psychiatrist and psychologist. u need lifestyle changes as well : following lifestyle changes which could help: - Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday) - Be careful with caffeine aim to drink caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, cola just 1 or 2 times a day, above 6 such drinks would make you irritable, anxious and will negatively affect your performance - Don't skip meals, Eat healthy, clean and nutritious diet, Don't crash diet - Eat iron rich food - Adults need upto 8 hours of sleep per night - Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation. - Exercise regularly
