Again I am not getting a picture how is the bond that you share with him?If you share a good bond then there shouldn’t be any hassle in convincing him.Tell him the truth that you can meet him once the situation is better and its for safety of everyone.Remember the more open and honest you are in a Relationship,the better it would be.
