PSSD (Post SSRI sexual disorder)

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I was on Symbal(dulextine) for 4 years and then 1.5 years on paroxteine (Paxidep).this caused absence of pleasure during ejaculation. my current doc has tried many meds but nothing helped so far. I am in this condition for 4 years. is there any hope for PSSD?
