Dear sir Am having started little Psoryasis and am. Using ointment and tabs vitamin e capsules and momate s cream. And lotion as per doctor priscription I Scalf I have a lot. And on body little started red and dandruff patches. Hence my main query is which bath is best like. Cold bath or hot bath Old Advice.. And can I use parachute oil in Scalf. I can't connect online with pics am. Middle class person Pls. Advice
