Psoriasis Question
I have a question about psoriasis. If you have had it for years (but didn't realize just thought it was dry skin/athlete's foot), and recently had a flare up - working 80-100 hours per week, not much sleep, and bad eating habits due to work schedule. A topical cream did cause the flare up to have an allergic reaction (already sensitive to certain soaps, detergents, etc). Do you automatically need to go on medicine or just get it under control somehow and make lifestyle changes?
