I am having psoriasis scalp problems I have lost a tremendous amount of hair over the last two months it is very much visible. I have a very stiff layer of flacks in my scalp when not washed properly it's dirty and full of dandruff clogged pores and when washed it's dry and full of dry dandruff flakes. I have had dandruff problem from a very long time I have also used 8x shampoo in past it was recommended by a dermatologist but I never lost this much hair. Currently, I am on a high fiber diet because I am planning to go for a bariatric surgery I have been taking psyllium husk, multi-vitamin, omega 3, vitamin d3 and protein powder. Please provide me with some medications and/or creams to get my hair back.
