Psoriasis around anus
I have been have an itchy patch around the anus & itching near the scrotum sack near the thigh. It started a week ago. It was not very severe & it is still not too severe. But it's increased in last few days. It's very irritating & painful. I have not had any sexual intercourse either. My diet is mostly non-vegetarian. Since last I have been eating nonveg almost 5-6 days a week. I was on protein diet last year for 4-5 months but back then I didn't have any such infection. I have cut down my sugar intake. I do drink extra coffee almost 4-5 cups daily. My sleeping habits have been affected as well. I sleep for 4-5 hours daily.

Hi.. Distinct red area around anus ..could be psoriasis. Or perianal dermatitis.. How did you get to this diagnosis? Google or do you suffer from psoriasis or eczema in other areas. Use Flutivate cream twice daily for a week. If it goes away and does not come back then more likely to be eczema...but if it recurs then you will need to consult me via video consultation. You can connect with me via Juvenis Clinic in Bombay.
