I have psoriasis, these diseases can be completely cured?

Hello! Psoriasis is a condition which can have multiple causes. It is also related to season and lifestyle, habits etc. Hence it is difficult to clear it or cure it. Present day scenario we try to put it in a remission phase which may be even years A simple regular application of plain oil can be sometomes enough to keep it in control. Be very religious with applications and you will see the result. Hope this helps.
