Pseudopelade of brocq- scarring alopecia

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have this problem for last 12 years. Now it has turned to a very noticeable stage. I have lost more than 80% hair on the top of my head. Every one has given up on this problem. Please advice, if still there are any possibilities.
