  4. Pruritus ani. What to do?

Pruritus ani
I have pruritus ani from 15 days as it is 24 hours itching and more while passing stool, I have also fissure but doesn't hurt so much. I also had scabies but treatment is over and no such scabies left. Attarx and Xyzal not working and every fissure ointment not working so applying ligocainince hydrochloride for temporary relief. What to do ???
