Disc protrusion of c6-c7 causing mild thecal and right lateral recess nerve root indentation Symptoms: 1. Pain radiating in both the shoulders left and right 2. Lower back pain 3. Back of the head pain 4. Neck pain 5. When I lift or use my arms pain in the side if the respective chest (left if left shoulder used and so on) I'm able to walk but lower back pain Does it require any surgery or posture correction, medications and physiotheraphy needed? I took an ECG as well turned out to be normal and BP is normal. It all started from a long time running. Plus I've body twitching from couple of days
