Protienuria query
Does protein negative and normal urine routine microscopy result rules out protienuria if all blood parameters like creatinine, urea, protein , calcium, vitamin D etc are normal and only uric acid and phosphorus is elevated ? Any further testing required if getting bubbles once a day in urine ? Does bubbles in urine always means protein urea and kidney damage ? Having this issue on and off since 4-5 years. Always getting urine routine microscopy and blood repoerts normal.

Yes it rules out...no need to test again and again. If you are so much stressed out ... consult a nephrologist and get 24 HR urine protein as base line to make yourself satisfied.
