Hi , I had to deliver my baby in 28.5 weeks due to pre-eclampsia. Getting albumin in urine since my pregnancy Redent report says: ACR is 896mg Protein in urine is 3+ KUB usg shows everything normal Kindly suggest do i need kidney biopsy for diagnosis.
