Protein powder intake during pregnancy
Hi Doctors, My wife is pregnant and doctor advised to take protein powder.  Below are the details LMP: 31/3/21 Age: 30 Medication: Diabetic, taking insulin thrice a day. Could you please suggest which protein powder can be taken which helps growth of both baby and mother.  There are lot of products available in online which confuses us to select right brand.  Your suggestions will be helpful for me to select right product. Note: Not allergic to milk products. Regards, Renganathan K
