Hi,
We are giving Isomil milk supplement for our baby since her 1st year after we confirmed that she had milk intolerance due to cow's milk.So,now Isomil is upto two years and she turned into 2yrs 20days old so we tried to give cow's again but still she got the rashes around her mouth.So what should we further and which milk alternative we can give to her? please advise.

I think your child has Cow milk protein Allergy (CMPA).
You should use soy based formula like Isomil , Similac Soy isomil and avoid dairy based food in childs diet.1-2 glasses of soy based milk would be enough.
Next Steps
Get a immunocap test (infant) for allegy done. Start Vitamin D supplements. Give Calcium rich diet like broccoli, turnip, almonds, tofu, soybeans etc

Your child is 2+old so his milk requirement is limited to 400ml/day: one glass morning and one glass evening or at sleeping time
You can try toned milk or bufalloes milk
