No its not safe.. With multiple partners chances of STD and HIV is much more. And double condom has more possibility of tear than single condom because of friction in between two condoms.

No its not completely safe...you can prevent HIV transmissions to some extent but not 100%....The more people you have sexual contact with, the greater your risk. This is true for concurrent partners as well as monogamous consecutive relationships...Consult nearest physician for further information.
