Prostatitis or prostate cancer?
Since last one and a half month I've been having difficulties with my urination. Frequent urination, weak urine stream, urine retention, very less fluid during ejaculation, flank pain on the left side, lower back pain. I did my PSA last month and it was 2.21. I did my prostate MRI and it showed PIRADS 2  lesion. I did my spine MRI for back pain. It did not reveal much about my back pain. Even after a course of antibiotics for a month I'm still having these problems. Severity of these symptoms vary from day to day. My Urologist says it is prostatitis. But then why my symptoms still persist after medication. I'm attaching my MRI reports. Could these symptoms actually mean prostate cancer? I'm 41 year old. Please let know what should I do.

Pirads 2 is mostly likely benign. No evidence of prostate cancer. Your symptoms could be related to radicular pathology. Please consult a spine care specialist once for opinion and needful.
