Complain is intolerable burning in urethra having relief only after ejaculation (not painful) or temporary use of catheter. But suffers again every after 24 hours continuously without catheter and till ejaculation. Urine flow is very nice. Heavy consumption of water and ultimate urinations cannot relief burning. Sometimes no night sleep. Growth of organisms Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae were detected in repeated semen culture. But all course of antibiotics completed. Growth of Staphylococcus aureus detected in last report. I am advised Linezolid 600 mg twice for 15 days again. Now I am following the same.
Please suggest me if my case is related to sexology. Shall I need homeopathic treatment ?
