PROSTATE URINE PROBLEM
Urine problem since last 4years.As per sonography there is prostate of 37 gms..I have to get up for urine discharge in night about 3,/4 times and when there is urine desire there becomes pain in lower belly.In day time also I have to go for urine discharge 6/7 times.

It's probably due to Hypertrophy of prostrate.. Kindly Consult an Urologist and do the required investigations and Follow up accordingly

You have Prostatomegaly. With lower urinary tract symptoms LUTS. Need to start Tamsulosin tablet based on detailed history. Get PSA done to assess for prostate cancer.  Uroflowmetry may be needed depending on symptoms.
