Prostate enlargement
Doctor i am57 years old male diagnosed with prostatomegaly grade 2 in a routine abdominal scan prostate measures 4.9x3.8x 4.1 cms and weighs 40 grams. i also had PSA test which shows a value of 1.03 ng/ml, no difficulty in passing urine. but i am getting up in night to pass urine please advice what am i to do. do i need any further investigations. thank you

Are you diabetic? U just have problem of waking up at night with no other associated urinary complaint. I would advise you to curtail your liquid intake from evening.avoid tea coffee juices or alcohol at night..also try not to have liquid while sleeping..instead u can increase your daytime liquid intake..
