Proper Ejaculation. Now my question is!

Hello Doctor, Its been a year after my kidney transplant, after three months of my transplant, i have been advised to take silodon 8mg because of incomplete urination. I have visited my Doctor last week and checked, My pre-void was 450ml and my post-void was 63ml. So he said its fine and to continue the same medication for next three months. So now my question is regarding my sexual life, As Silodol 8 reverses semen. As i need to have a good and proper sexual life with my partner and my partner expects the same from me too. So can i give a break for 2 or 3 days without taking a silodol 8.?  Does ejaculation happens normally if i give a break of 2days of silodol 8 and to continue after that. And how long does it take to ejaculate normally if i give a Break...?? Kindly suggest me.
