Prominent bronchovascular markings

I had a chest x ray. It showed prominent bronchovascular markings. I have allergic bronchitis. Does allergic bronchitis cause this condition? Anything to worry?

Bronchovascular markings are a normal finding. Pls get a pft and revert back at my malad clinic.
