I have diagnosed with bilateral prominent hila with prominent bronchovascular markings in bilateral lung fields(according to x ray).
What is it?do i need to worry about it?how can i get rid of it?
Also want to add that i have shortness of breath problem from the last 10days.what is the reason of it?

Keep monitoring your spo2 by pulse oximeter.
Do breathing exercise( take deep breath and hold it for 25 seconds, repeat this 4-5 times 2 hourly)
Sleep in probe position( sleep on abdomen) for 30mins every 2 hourly.
