Prolonged spotting on depo shot

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I've been on the birth control depo for over 5 months now and ive been bleeding for the last 2 months. My bleeding is also getting heavier. The last time i had an issue with spotting it went on for 2-3 weeks and it eventually stopped. But i dont know why my bleeding is prolonged from last time it happened. And i want it to stop.
