Prolonged menstrual bleeding after ipill

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have been having medium flow of bleeding from the past 7 days. I had unprotected sex on the first day of my period and took an ipill within 4 hours. Bleeding slowed down for a few hours after that but hasn't stopped since. I am fatigued and worried all the time. I need to know if this is a common side effect. How long will it take to stop? How long should I abstain from having sex once the bleeding stops?
